Venue and Seating Information
Located at 2709 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75226, Trees is a 700-capacity live music venue in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. Opened in 1990, it has a rock-and-roll history and now hosts performances across multiple genres. Its intimate size places audiences close to the stage, with a primarily general-admission standing layout rather than theater-style seating.
The main floor suits fans seeking an up-close, energetic concert experience, though the area near the stage can become crowded. The elevated mezzanine offers a higher vantage point and may be a more comfortable choice for guests who want clearer sightlines without standing in the densest part of the crowd. The far sides of the floor and the very back may offer less favorable views, particularly during a busy show. No event-specific seating reviews are available in the supplied information.
Parking Information
Trees does not have dedicated on-site parking. Deep Ellum offers nearby street parking and paid lots, but spaces can fill quickly on event nights. Arriving early or using rideshare can help simplify the trip.
- Street parking: Spaces are available around Elm Street, Commerce Street, and nearby blocks. The supplied venue information lists daytime parking as free and evening meters at approximately $1 per hour; availability may be limited during events.
- The Stack Deep Ellum: This 641-space garage is about a six-minute walk from Trees, with an estimated rate of approximately $6 for two hours. It is a practical larger-capacity option.
